Bali Fashion Clothing maintains order records of each cutomer, containing your personal data, every order you place and their up-to-date status. This is to ensure a smooth and proper process of your orders.

The ordering process

Basically, every order follows this process:

1. You place an order
2. We find out stock availability and estimating shipping cost as well. Then we advise you all the details (stock availability and payment details including our banking information)
3. You pay for the order as advised and then confirm it to us
4. When your payment is confirmed we will ship the clothing you order to address you advise us. In most cases you may track the delivery from the courier service’s website
5. When the goods arrive at your place we expect to receive a notification from your site

Data required for ordering

For order processing purposes we need some information from you, as below:

1. Details of your order, consisting of:
   - Item number and name (e.g. SAV-0004 HADLEY)
   - Selected size (e.g. XL)
   -Quantity of this item (e.g. 1 pc)

   Note: Mentioning the colour of the clothing is not necessary as each item is only available in 1 (one) colour option

2. Your personal data:
   - Name
   - Mailing address for delivery
   - Telephone number
   - Email address (if any)
3. Name of bank of your preference (CIMB Niaga, Bank Mandiri, or BCA).
